CONSULTING IN HOME SELLING TACTICS – Sometimes buyers do not visualize living in your home the way that you do.  I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience which will, in turn, get you top dollar.  Things like “depersonalization”, staging your home, making minor repairs or improvements can go a long way.  Even simply replacing light bulbs, washing windows, and painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that’s sold fast.

INTERESTS – When I have free time, I love to play golf as sports were so much fun as I grew up.  Or, I can  just sit quietly under the pergola enjoying a cool drink and some music.  All kinds of music!  From, symphony and jazz, to country and pop hits.  Learning to play musical instruments has been a part of my whole life.  I started on an accordion, next was an organ, on to a flute and piccolo, and finally piano.   I have also loved art since I was very young and took classes at Eastern Montana College when I was a student there.  I have used my artistic skills in home decorating for clients and friends alike.  Finally, my Morkies are the best furry companions you could ever want and, of course, they get spoiled every day.

This is my second time working with Kathy Cashmore while purchasing a home. The first time Kathy found my first perfect home was 15 years ago. She just recently helped me find my second home which is once again perfect and everything I was looking for. We listed our home around the time that multiple listings in the $400k- $500k range came onto the market. Even though the local market (in that range) had become saturated, Kathy would have numerous open houses, paid advertising, and use her marketing knowledge to bring us a fantastic offer which we accepted.
