This is my second time working with Kathy Cashmore while purchasing a home. The first time Kathy found my first perfect home was 15 years ago. She just recently helped me find my second home which is once again perfect and everything I was looking for. What I enjoy most about Kathy is that she takes the time to listen to what you want and finds homes on the market that fit your likes and budget. She is very good at getting you into a house right away for a walk through and is very timely on getting back to you. If there are any questions or concerns about the house she is on top of getting answers, even if it means getting an engineer or other appraiser into the house.
