I was born in Minnesota but raised in Billings and have a devoted interest in our community.  Billings has so much to offer families and individuals from all walks of life and I would love to help you explore those different avenues that make this a great place to “call home”.
After I graduated from, Billings Central Catholic High School I attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings and attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.  I worked at Deluxe Corporation for 20 years followed by Wells Fargo Bank for 13 years.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors,  Billings Association of Realtors, and the Montana Regional MLS.  I have acquired my Broker designation and I am a partner with Kathy Cashmore at Billings Realty Brokers.
I love to find creative solutions for my clients with all their real estate needs and it is my belief that only by providing real value to my clients do I earn their business.  I pride myself in communicating honestly and effectively with both buyers and sellers.

Kathy Cashmore and Gary Lesh worked expertly to sell our Mom’s house quickly and for the best price. She negotiated an added earnest money compensation when a buyer opted out of the buy/sell at the last minute. They then turned around and sold the house the next day for a better price!
