Many homebuyers dream of having their own private sanctuary. One fun-filled property in Gilbert, AZ, has a sprawling man cave, go-kart track, golf simulator, batting cage, day spa, and much, much more.
For $20 million, the buyer will get not only a 10,000-square-foot house, but also all of the other structures and furnishings.
This place comes with something for everyone. How about a 6,000-square-foot man cave and a two-story closet for your favorite fashionista?
“You just don’t see things like this all the time, you just really don’t,” says listing agent RJ Cushing, with LPT Realty. “It’s really hard to put to words and describe what you experience until you’re actually there in person. It just blows you away.”

The 4-acre spread is filled with amenities.
“It has a go-kart track, it has two ponds, it has a personal day spa, and that’s not even including the house in general,” Cushing says.
Not surprisingly, the eye-popping property has caused a frenzy on social media.
Celebrity ties
First, there’s the 9,326-square-foot mansion that former MLB outfielder and Phoenix native Andre Ethier built for himself in 2003.
Ethier sold the house to the current owner for $4.9 million in 2017, and Cushing served as the buyer’s agent then.

The five-bedroom abode has many details that are not typical for the area, including reclaimed wood on the walls and ceilings and corrugated glass walls in the kitchen.
The seller “didn’t really need to change anything on the inside because there was no reason to. It was just amazing,” Cushing says. “Everything was just immaculate and done so well. It’s kind of just a timeless design.”
The primary suite as “ginormous,” he continues. “The wall opens all the way up, and the glass disappears into the wall. You can open it up and see everything in the backyard. Then you go into the bathroom and there’s a huge steam shower and an aquarium.”

Then there’s the closet, a fashionista’s dream.
It has “two stories and has display spaces with LED lighting for purses, shoes, and clothes,” Cushing says. “It’s just wild.”
A rooftop deck with a Zen garden is accessible only from the main suite.

Mega man cave
“When [the current owner] purchased it, it was just a home and the barn,” Cushing says. That included a batting cage, kitchen, and space for cars.
The current owner “turned the barn into what it is now and basically landscaped and built everything else on the property,” Cushing adds.
The additions included the 6,000-square-foot man cave and a 4,000-square-foot day spa.
The man cave comes with a studio apartment as well as a gaming station, dance studio, workout room, and “cutting-edge” golf simulator.
The barn now has space for the seven go-kart cars and leads to the start of the track, which winds around the property. The space also comes with an underground shooting range and a walk-in safe.

The spa includes a massage room, salt room, sauna, steam room, hot tub, yoga room, changing areas, and guest quarters.
“There’s a reception area with a beautiful fireplace where you could host guests and just kind of hang out,” Cushing says.

Outdoor amenities include a large pool near a full-sized basketball court, which comes with a scoreboard and stands.
“The amount [the seller] has done is just wild. People are wondering how in the heck this guy is asking more than four times the amount he paid for it. Once you see the before and after, there was nothing else there. He put all of it in,” Cushing says.
And worry not, the list price includes everything in the place.
“Absolutely everything conveys with the sale. It’s coming fully furnished,” Cushing says. “Bring your toothbrush and your clothes, and you’re good to go.”
