“Access Hollywood” co-host Mario Lopez is hosting the sale of his Glendale, CA, compound. The Spanish-style spread is available for $6.5 million, the website Dirt reports.

Lopez bought the pretty property in 2010 for $1,940,000. If he sells it for the full price, it would be the highest-priced sale in Glendale in the past five years.

Originally built in 1929, the villa features views of Los Angeles, Glendale, and Burbank. Standout details include terra-cotta tile, arched doorways, and multiple access points to the patio.

There’s a Spanish-tiled courtyard and fountain out front, while the opulent interiors feature dark wood floors and exposed beams.
